Everyone told me that when Garrett started eating solid food it would be very messy and get everywhere. Thus far I haven't had any problems. He is an excellent eater and grabs the food out of my hand before I can put it on the tray.
At lunch today, I gave Garrett his last bite of cottage cheese mixed with carrots and it finally happened, he spit it out IN MY FACE! Yikes. I was all dressed, hair and make-up done because we were going shopping right after lunch. All I could do was laugh because he is cute and what are you gonna do, yell at a baby?
The joys of motherhood are endless :)
